Jane Campbell, Clinical governance professional and registered nurse

It all begins with an idea. Jane is a Clinical Nurse Consultant with extensive experience in the NDIS and aged care sectors, committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and clinical guidance. With a strong foundation in nursing and a deep understanding of the complexities of disability and aged care services, she provides expert support to individuals, families, and service providers navigating these systems, and in delivering high quality person-centred care.

Jane’s focus is on ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care through clinical assessments, care planning, staff education, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. She works collaboratively with individuals and providers to enhance service delivery, improve outcomes, and uphold the rights and dignity of every person in care.

Driven by a passion for high quality service delivery, advocacy and continuous improvement, Jane aims to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and practical service delivery in the NDIS and aged care landscapes.

Jane has supported and partnered with mental health consumers, individuals with neurodiversity and other forms of disability, vulnerable children, babies, families, parents and members of the community requiring care. Jane is a deeply experienced and compassionate nurse clinician, consultant and advocate.

Jessica Campbell, Consultant - legal, regulatory and compliance professional

Jessica is a dedicated legal professional and consultant with deep experience in legal and regulatory compliance, including NDIS and aged care frameworks. With a background in both regulatory frameworks and insurance, she brings a well-rounded, practical perspective to helping individuals and providers meet their obligations while delivering high-quality, person-centred services.

Compassionate and committed to excellence, Jessica supports clients in navigating complex compliance environments with confidence. She partners with individuals and organisations to deliver outcomes, strengthen governance, manage risk, and ensure alignment with legislative and policy requirements—while always keeping the focus on the people at the heart of care.

Jessica’s approach is client-focused, solutions-oriented, and grounded in a strong commitment to ethical practice and continuous improvement. She is here to help individuals meet their goals and organisations build compliant, resilient, and values-driven services in the NDIS and aged care space.

Jessica was acting general counsel supporting Australia’s largest social services provider, delivering health services including disability and aged care. She also has personal and lived experience navigating the complexities of the NDIS and aged care frameworks on behalf of family members. Jessica also provides support and advocacy to a diverse network of colleagues, friends, associates and members of the parent community touched by neurodiversity, physical disability and other vulnerabilities.
